Understanding User Status
In the Teams > Users Data Grid, you will encounter the following statuses:
-
Active: The user has accepted their invitation and successfully authenticated.
-
Invited: The invitation has been sent but not yet accepted. Note: Invitations expire automatically after 7 days.
-
Expired: The invitation was not accepted within the 7-day window. You must use the Intent Bar to "Resend invitation" to these users.
-
Deactivated: The user has been manually suspended by an administrator. They cannot connect, but their profile and device history are preserved.
Understanding Device Status
Found in Teams > Devices:
-
Online: The user has signed in on the device, which is currently communicating with the Cipherscale platform.
-
Offline: The device is registered but not currently active on the Cipherscale platform.
-
Unauthorized: The device is blocked. This usually indicates a failure to meet Device Posture requirements (e.g., disk encryption is disabled).
