Where can I find session logs for Users and Gateways?

  1. Sign in to your cipherscale space administration portal.

  2. Navigate to Activity.

  3. Click the Sessions tab.

  4. The User session logs are shown by default. Click the Gateway tab to see gateway logs.
  5. The User tab shows:
    1. Refresh button: To refresh the results shown in the table.
    2. Time interval: To select the time interval of interest. The values are: Last 24 hours, Last hour, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days. A custom time interval can also be set.
    3. Filters: To add conditions to quickly find the table entries of interest. Filter conditions can be based on the User, Device, Public IP, Country, and Status.
    4. Based on the selected time interval and filter conditions, the session data is shown in a table. The table columns are: Start Time, End Time, Duration, User, Device, Country and Public IP, and Status.  The table rows can be sorted based on the Start Time
    5. The number of rows per page can be chosen, and the pagination controls can be used to view the entries of interest.
  6. The Gateway tab shows:

    1. Refresh button: To refresh the results shown in the table.
    2. Time interval: To select the time interval of interest. The values are: Last 24 hours, Last hour, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days. A custom time interval can also be set.
    3. Filters: To add conditions to quickly find the table entries of interest. Filter conditions can be based on the Gateway, Public IP, and Status.
