What is the 'Admission without Restrictions' Admission Rule?

The Admission without Restrictions Admission Rule is present by default and cannot be edited or deleted. It is present because adding an Admission Rule is mandatory when configuring Access Policies. Use of the Admission without Restrictions Admission Rule results in the admission criteria being met by default.
