What is a cipherscale Access Policy?
Access Policy grants or restricts access to the configured private resources, SaaS applications, and the internet for cipherscale Groups, Users, and Devices. Each type of access (see Private Access, SaaS Access, and Internet Access) has corresponding access policies.
Each Access Policy must use an Admission Rule. The Access Policy is enforced only when the linked Admission Rules are met.
Access is denied by default unless an Access Policy is configured to grant access. When multiple access policies are defined for the same source and destination pair, the priority is determined based on the order. The first policy that matches is the one that is enforced.
