General Description of Users Page

The Users Page lets you view and manage every individual who has access to your CipherScale workspace. It’s your go-to place for handling user accounts, roles, and permissions.

What you can do on this page:

  • View all users: See a complete list of users in your organization, along with their names, email addresses, roles, and status.
  • Add new users: Invite new people to join your workspace by sending them an invitation.
  • Edit user details: Update a user’s information, such as their name, email, or assigned role (like Admin, User, or Auditor).
  • Change permissions: Adjust what each user can do by changing their role or access level.
  • Remove users: If someone leaves your organization or no longer needs access, you can easily remove their account.
  • Search and filter: Quickly find users by name, email, or role using search and filter options.
  • Monitor user activity: Check when users last logged in or performed important actions to help keep your workspace secure.

How it works:

  1. Browse the user list to see everyone with access to your workspace.
  2. Use the “Invite User” button to add new members.
  3. Click on a user to view or edit their details and permissions.
  4. Remove users who no longer need access with just a few clicks.

The Users Page gives you clear visibility and control over every individual in your organization, helping you keep your workspace safe and well-organized.
