General Description of Teams
The Teams Page is where you can view and manage all the people in your organization’s CipherScale workspace. It’s designed to make team management simple, secure, and transparent. What you can do on this page:
- See all team members: View a list of everyone who has access to your organization’s workspace, along with their roles and permissions.
- Invite new members: Easily add new colleagues to your team by sending them an invitation.
- Edit member details: Update roles, permissions, or other information for existing team members.
- Remove members: If someone leaves your organization or no longer needs access, you can quickly remove them from the team.
- Organize by groups or roles: Filter or sort members by their roles (such as Admin, User, Auditor) or by groups for easier management.
- Monitor activity: See when members last logged in or performed key actions, helping you keep your workspace secure.
How it works:
- Browse the list to see who’s on your team and their current status.
- Use the “Invite” button to add new members.
- Click on a member to view or edit their details.
- Remove access for members who no longer need it.
The Teams Page gives you full control over who can access your organization’s sensitive data and resources, ensuring only the right people have the right permissions.
