Can I get notified when utilized seats reach a percentage of my subscribed seats?

Yes, you can get email notification when your used seats reach a percentage of your subscription capacity. To get these notifications, check that the High Subscription Usage notfication option is enabled by following the steps below.

1. Sign in to your cipherscale space administration portal.

2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Click Notifications tab.
4. Check that the High Subscription Usage notification is toggled ON.
5. The default threshold is set to 80% of subscription capacity.
   1. Click on the number '80' and type in a different number to change the threshold percentage and click Save Preferences.
