Can I export session logs as a CSV file?

Yes. The following logs can be exported:

• Session logs for Users
• Session logs for Gateways
• Event logs of configuration changes (audit log)

To export session logs for Users, follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your cipherscale space administration portal.

2. Navigate to Activity.

3. Select the Sessions tab.

4. Select the User tab.
5. Set the time interval and filters as needed.

6. Click Export .csv.

7. The session logs will be downloaded as a CSV file and saved in your web browser’s default download directory.

To export session logs for Gateways, follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your cipherscale space administration portal.

2. Navigate to Activity.

3. Select the Sessions tab.

4. Select the Gateway tab.
5. Set the time interval and filters as needed.

6. Click Export .csv

7. The session logs will be downloaded as a CSV file and saved in your web browser’s default download directory.
